His fitness is legendary, and his ability to explain complex scientific concepts in simple-to-understand terms demonstrates his complete mastery of the subject matter.

 

 

Meet Drew McCall Burke, also known as the SexyRawVegan.  She is a Professional Fitness Trainer, Author, Speaker, Raw Food Coach and Mentor.  Once an average mom eating the S.A.D. diet, she is now a Sexy Raw Vegan athlete and runs up to 30 miles a week!   She looks and feels better than ever and wants to help show others how to do the same.

 

 

Flowing as a RHN in Loving service, Chris Kendall lives his passion through helping those in need as a Raw Food Holistic Lifestyle consultant and Full time Live in Coach. Kristina Carillo-Bucaram — overcame severe hyperglycemia and now is an avid runner, Kristina has been been 100% low fat raw vegan for 6.5 years.  At 20 years old, she founded the non-profit Rawfully Organic, an organic co-op  that feeds over 350 families in Houston each week.

Ran on The Great Wall of China, holder of 3 World Fitness Fitness Records at the famed Cooper Clinic, Dallas, Texas, named One of the Ten Fittest Woman in North America, breast cancer survivor, author of “A Race For Life”, CHEF, cook/rawbook, and “Senior Fitness.”  

 

Jeff Sekerak is a former out-of-shape fast-food addict turned ‘super-fit vegan.’  After spending over 10 years working some of the most physically demanding jobs on earth, he developed a TON of physical ailments.  Jeff transformed himself from a middle-aged, tired, ‘mess,’ into a super-healthy example of vegan fitness. Now he consumes a mostly raw, predominantly fruit-based diet and exercises in a fairly ‘unconventional’ way, for an hour or two per day; using nothing but body-weight exercise and ‘minimalist shoe’ running to maintain a lean, fat free, well-muscled frame.  

 

Swayze Foster — Swayze has eaten mostly fruits and veggies for 5 years now.  She healed herself of anemia, restless leg syndrome (RLS), flus, seasonal colds, frequent headaches and excess weight.   Since 2009, she has been helping others thrive on a healthy and sustainable raw food diet.    

 

 

 Josh Fossgreen cured himself of chubbiness, pimples, a lack of self-confidence, and a lot of food cravings by switching over to a healthy raw diet.  He works as a health coach and teacher and believes everybody has the potential to achieve their wildest health goals.    

 

 

 Fruitilicious Jules, overweight since early childhood, transitioned to a fruitarian lifestyle and lost 50 pounds while gaining high amounts of energy, crystal clear skin and a dramatic drop in fever blister breakouts.  Now a health coach and speaker, her vision is to see people live with the passion and truth that she does and to experience life abundantly~!    

 

Vlada Divine has been studying Nutrition and Natural Health for more than 20 years.  She is a low-fat raw vegan diet enthusiast and a professionally trained Nutritionist whose mission is to bring awareness, inspire, empower and create Eureka moments for her clients.   At almost 40, Vlada has the body of a healthy 18-year old female and is often mistaken as a sister to her 21 y.o. daughter.

 

As a speaker, author and health consultant specializing in rehabilitation and health transformation, Dr. Samuel A. Mielcarski, DPT (aka ‘Dr. SAM’), continues to help thousands of people overcome their various health challenges. He has over 15 years of clinical experience as a health and ‘RAW-habilitation’ specialist combined with over 12 years as a pure raw foodist.

 

Freelee is an Author, International speaker and educator, Youtube health guru, online raw food coach and all round fit bitch ;-)  She loves to look and feel her best and is passionate about helping others do the same.      

 

 

Durianrider – controversial activist and athlete on a mission to increase public awareness of the benefits of a high carb, low fat raw/vegan lifestyle.  At age 34, in the interest of living simply and healthfully, he has never had a drivers license and prefers not to own many materials possessions.    

 

 

Megan Elizabeth weighed 167 lb. at age 18 and at 21 was bed ridden for the better part of a year due to adrenal fatigue, candidiasis, leaky gut syndrome, and chemical sensitivity.  She reversed everything with the fruit based diet she’s been following for 4 years now.  She is passionate about spreading the message through coaching and her published books of how truly easy it is to be raw!

 

Matthew Armstrong was able to cure himself of some major health challenges including asthma and severe joint injuries with holistic health practices that included nutritional cleansing, mind training and intense physical practices.  Matthew is a 9th Dan Black Belt in Budo Taijutsu and 2nd Degree Black Sash in Tai Chi.  He is a professional speaker, author and transformational coach who now shares all that he has learned with others so that they may also experience outstanding health and live an inspired life in harmony with nature. 

 

For almost 8 years Audry Wild tried the traditional (high fat) raw food diet and confusingly experienced deteriorating health over the long term.  She has discovered some major truths for herself on her quest to create the health of her dreams.  Perhaps the most important of those is that in order to have the health of her dreams, she has had to courageously follow the life of her dreams.  

 

Victoria Everett, Once an overweight fast food eating smoker bedridden with an illness that no doctor could help her with, Victoria, aka The Crazy Banana Lady, has lost 100 lbs and healed herself of schizophrenia with a diet of fruits and veggies.  Now an avid cyclist, she has gotten rid of her car and she and her daughter ride their bikes everywhere.  She wants to spread the messages of the sheer abundance of this lifestyle, and that having health makes anything possible!!!   

 

Grant Campbell is a 13 year vegan and a 6.5 year 80/10/10 raw vegan and hygienist. He enjoys his full-time work with Dr. Douglas Graham at FoodnSport as Director of Education, and also specializes in running healthy lifestyle retreats.  He has completed 40 ultra-marathons, loves barefoot running and minimal footwear, was an IT specialist for 15 years, knows PI to 50 decimal places and is a lover of life and music.

 

Dana Louise Stewart is a fruit eating yoga teacher and co-creator of the film Real N’ Raw.  When her close friend Matthew Wilson was diagnosed with cancer, they decided to change their diets together and document the journey.  Now Dana helps encourage others to change their diets, their minds, and their lives.     

 

 

Chris Randall has lost 150 lbs. of excess fat on a low fat vegan/raw vegan diet and has reversed his depression, anxiety, obsessive -compulsive disorder (OCD), asthma, high blood pressure, acne, and severe sinus congestion.  His passion is helping people help themselves through online raw food coaching and YouTube health education.  He is eagerly awaiting the future when there are no longer fields of grain and livestock, but fruit orchards and bike trails!    

 

Victoria Arnstein used to not even know what a vegetarian was!  Desperate for health information, one day she googled “the best diet in the world” and discovered the conept of living on fruits and veggies.  Though she has had her fair share of struggles with it, she still thinks it is truly the best diet in the world.  She is a mother, wife, ultramarathon trainer and one of the creators of the biggest Fruit Festival on the planet.

 

 Teri Leventhal, an avid raw food blogger and health coach, has been 100% high-calorie, low fat raw vegan since April 1st, 2010, and high-raw since 2007.  After transitioning to a 100% low fat raw vegan diet she quickly lost weight (40lbs), was able to stop taking medications for her dermititis, her vision improved (now 20/20), and her mental and physical performance increased dramatically.  Teri is passionate about veganism and educating others about the science behind a plant based diet.    

 

 Jimmy Gilker – For almost 13 years now Jimmy has been eating a low fat, high fruit raw vegan diet.  Author of the epic 600 page book The Raw Food Traveler, Jimmy credits the magnificent changes in his life largely to his switch to a raw food diet.  He hopes to inspire others by action, rather than by word, to make the changes they feel they need in their lives.    

 

Anne Osborne discovered a raw fruit diet in 1991 and found that it brought her enhanced well-being in addition to being an ethical and environmentally-responsible diet.  She has raised two very happy and healthy children on raw fruit diets, and is author of the book, Fruitarianism The Path To Paradise.  She believes that a diet high in raw fresh fruit is optimal for humans and has the potential to greatly benefit our Planet and the individuals living on it.   

 

Mike Vlasaty is by far one of the strongest long term raw foodists per pound in the world today and is currently training for a powerlifting competition sometime this year. He has a degree in dietetics earned from Western Illinois and an associates of science degree earned from College of Lake County. He is dedicated in sharing his experience and unique tips on how to do a fruit based diet and lift some massive weight!

Kevin Rogers was quite unhealthy and unaware of the dangers of a SAD diet. A son was born to his care and he soon after pursued healthier fare. After finding the ’80/10/10 Diet’ his life and health began to breathe anew. He invests his energy alerting others of the advantages of adopting a low-fat raw vegan diet, that they may benefit too.
